Terms & Conditions
The rules for using Macrolens — please read this alongside our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise accessing or using Macrolens (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use the Service. We may require you to affirmatively accept these Terms (for example, at registration or checkout) before granting access, but your continued use of the Service is itself acceptance whether or not that step is presented to you again.
What Macrolens is
Macrolens is operated by an independent sole proprietor trading under the "Macrolens" brand (not a registered company). Macrolens is a data and analysis desk for foreign-exchange market participants. It presents currency strength scores, CFTC Commitments of Traders (COT) positioning, retail trader sentiment, central bank policy rates, carry trade metrics, an economic calendar, economic-surprise tracking, bond yields, and related market commentary, compiled and computed from third-party data sources described further in the "Third-party data and services" section below. The Service is a research, aggregation, and information tool only — it does not execute trades, hold client funds, manage investments, or provide brokerage, custodial, or advisory services of any kind. Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in "Billing, cancellation & refunds" below, and the specific features, data sets, and layout of the Service may change over time as described in "Changes to these terms" and "Modifications to the Service."
Not investment advice
Nothing made available through the Service — including scores, ratings, charts, positioning data, commentary, alerts, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any currency, security, derivative, or other financial instrument. The Service does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Trading foreign exchange and related derivative instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors; you can lose some or all of your invested capital, and you should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance, historical positioning, or historical price behavior is not a reliable indicator of future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any trading or investment decision, and we strongly recommend consulting a licensed and qualified financial advisor before acting on anything you see on the Service. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction, and nothing in these Terms should be read as claiming otherwise.
Eligibility
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and capable of forming a binding contract. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone in a jurisdiction where its content or availability would be contrary to local law or regulation — it is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Service is lawful where you are located, including any local restrictions on receiving foreign-exchange-related market data or commentary.
Accounts and subscriptions
You must register for an account to access most of the Service, and you must provide accurate, current, and complete information when doing so and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you; notify us immediately at support@nptrade24.com if you suspect unauthorized use. One account is intended for use by one individual (or, for a team/entity account if we offer one, the individuals it names) — you may not share login credentials to give access to more people than your plan covers. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual, as applicable) unless cancelled before the renewal date; you may cancel at any time from Settings, and access continues until the end of the current billing period as described below. Trial periods, where offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand — we will indicate the trial length and conversion date at signup. We may offer different tiers of the Service with different features, data access, or usage limits, and reserve the right to introduce, modify, or retire specific plans, provided existing subscribers are given reasonable notice of any material change to the plan they are actively subscribed to.
Billing, cancellation & refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period selected and renew automatically until cancelled, using the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again afterward. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes, which will be calculated and disclosed at checkout where required. We may change subscription pricing from time to time; any price change will not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and we will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice before a new price takes effect on their next renewal. Because access is granted immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or a mid-period decision to stop using the Service. If you're charged in error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a technical fault that prevented you from accessing what you paid for — contact support@nptrade24.com and we will investigate and correct it, including a refund where appropriate. If a payment fails or is declined, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is resolved. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cooling-off right you may have under the law of your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) resell, sublicense, scrape, systematically extract, cache beyond ordinary browser caching, or redistribute any data, score, or content from the Service, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission; (b) use any automated means — bots, scripts, crawlers, or similar — to access the Service other than through the interfaces we provide; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or the servers or networks connected to it; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, or to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying methodology of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (e) misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person or entity, or use the Service to violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (f) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates applicable export control, sanctions, or securities laws; or (g) circumvent any access, rate, or usage limitation we put in place. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate, without notice where warranted, any account involved in conduct we reasonably believe breaches this section, in addition to any other remedies available to us.
Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, layout, composite scores, methodology, text, graphics, and the Macrolens name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and for as long as your subscription remains active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business use. This license does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its content, except as expressly permitted in "Acceptable use" above. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Third-party data displayed through the Service remains the property of its original source, subject to "Third-party data and services" below.
Third-party data and services
The Service aggregates and computes from data obtained from third-party providers and public sources, including but not limited to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission's public Commitments of Traders reports, central bank publications, and commercial and public economic-data and news feeds. These providers are independent of us; we do not control, and are not responsible for, their accuracy, availability, or continued provision of data, and a provider ceasing to make data available may cause a corresponding feature of the Service to be delayed, degraded, or discontinued. The Service may also link to, or embed content from, third-party websites (for example, broker reference pages) for your convenience only — such links do not constitute an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
Data accuracy and no warranty on content
We source data from third-party providers and public releases and take reasonable steps to present it accurately, but we do not guarantee that any figure, score, chart, or other content on the Service is complete, current, accurate, or free of error, and figures may be delayed, restated, or revised by their original source after we display them. The Service and all content made available through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Always verify any data point against its primary source before relying on it for a decision of consequence.
Service availability and modifications
We aim to keep the Service available and its data reasonably current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control, including outages or failures of the third-party data sources described above. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, data set, or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and will not be liable to you for any such action, except that we will use reasonable efforts to give existing paid subscribers advance notice of a change that materially reduces the core functionality they are paying for.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Macrolens and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of this may not apply to you in full — in that case, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Macrolens and its operators, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: your access to or use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or contractual right; or any trading or investment decision you make in reliance on the Service. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in "Billing, cancellation & refunds." We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required to do so by law, or if continued provision of the Service to you would expose us to legal or regulatory risk; where practical and not itself prohibited by law, we will attempt to notify you of the reason. Upon termination for any reason, your right to access the Service ends immediately, though sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including "Not investment advice," "Intellectual property," "Limitation of liability," and "Indemnification" — will continue to apply.
General provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal or regulatory requirements, or our business practices. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice — for example, by email to the address on your account or a notice within the Service — before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms; if you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription as described above.
